Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and reliable Route Delivery Drivers & Merchandisers for Utz Snacks . In this exciting non-CDL position, you will deliver and merchandise a variety of snack products, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organized to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck to complete daily delivery routes.
• Load and unload products at the start and end of each shift.
• Deliver snack products and provide exceptional service to retail accounts.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and remove any outdated or damaged items.
• Maintain appealing product displays in stores.
• Utilize handheld devices to track deliveries and manage inventory.
• Collect and document payments from retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers while adhering to company policies and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for the state of employment.
• Experience operating a box truck is required.
• Availability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using handheld electronic devices.
• Previous experience in route delivery, merchandising, or DSD is preferred.

Compliance: This position is governed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and all applicants must:

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Successfully complete a DOT-compliant physical examination.
• Pass a drug screening, including testing for marijuana.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
