Job Title: Scrum Master


Location: Remote


Job Type: Contract



Responsibilities:

• Support Scrum teams in following Agile and Scrum principles
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Assist in removing team impediments and escalating blockers when needed
• Help maintain Scrum artifacts such as backlogs, sprint boards, and burndown charts
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear and well-groomed user stories
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Track team progress and help report sprint metrics
• Encourage Agile best practices and a culture of accountability

Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello
